ABOUT ON. PURPOSE STUDIO

ON. PURPOSE STUDIO is a company operating as a sole proprietorship under the company name “Bold Leadership BV” established and existing under the laws of The Netherlands. Its principal place of business is Apeldoorn, The Netherlands.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

To reserve a spot on an ON. PURPOSE Program, a non-refundable booking fee of one hundred twenty-five Euros (125 €) is required. The full payment, the due amount, is to be paid no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the online program start date. The program prices are charged per person.

 

ON. PURPOSE Program Cancellations

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled program. “You” refers to the participant booking a spot on the online program. “We” refers to ON. PURPOSE STUDIO. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 

Participants Cancellation Policy

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply.

The booking fee is non-refundable.

• one hundred twenty-five Euros (125 €)

• If you cancel twenty-one (21) days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded the full program amount (minus your one hundred twenty-five Euros (125 €) non-refundable booking fee) with no cancellation fee.

• If you cancel twenty (20) days or more before your program start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

 

Due to our need to commit to materials and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for joining later or leaving early.

 

ON. PURPOSE Cancellation Policy

We always cater to the best of its guests and cancelling a program will always be the very last option. However, if ON. PURPOSE must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer your full program payment to another program (either scheduled or at some future time). Alternatively, you may request a refund of your applicable payment. ON. PURPOSE is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled program.

 

Force Majeure

ON. PURPOSE shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfill is due to events outside its control, that is, force majeure events that make it technically or physically impossible to deliver the online program. Examples are war, acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labour disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted and all payments will be credited to a scheduled program within one (1) year of the cancelled program.

 

Reservation of Rights

• We hold the right to change the content of the program if needed.

• We hold the right to replace the workshop facilitator, in case of illness, sickness or any other emergency reasons. You will be notified promptly and there is no refund in this case.

 

General Waiver – Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that during a program you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the program facilitators & recorded assignments, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against  ON. PURPOSE arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a program.

You hereby agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

You hereby certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate, by any means or in any manner, in any such activity arranged by the program hosts by a qualified medical professional. You hereby certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts.

You hereby waive, release and discharge from and against any and all liability from your participation in the trip and  in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Fykiada Retreats and/or its employees and/or its collaborators and/or its subcontractors, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your trip to and from activities arranged by the retreat hosts,

You agree that this release shall be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your family.

 

Photo / Video Release Form

You hereby grant to ON. PURPOSE the right and permission to use photographic material & video in which you are featured and are taken during the course of the online program. ON. PURPOSE holds the right to use/republish / copyright, etc. this material for advertising and promotional purposes. You hereby release and discharge ON. PURPOSE  from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

 

Disputes & Applicable Law

ON. PURPOSE  and program participants shall make every effort, so that any difference, dispute or disagreement that may arise during the conclusion, interpretation and execution of the present Terms & Conditions, as well as claims related to them, are resolved out of court, with negotiations in a spirit of good faith within a reasonable time after the date of the written expression of the disagreement by any of the parties.

If a difference is not resolved in this way, competent for its judicial resolution shall be the Courts of The Netherlands exclusively, which shall decide on any trials regarding the execution and the Dutch law shall apply.

 

By booking an online program you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions, and you are fully aware that there is a release of liability included, you accept all Terms & Conditions and you agree of your own free will to all Terms & Conditions and applicable policies above. If you do not agree to the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to participate in any ON. PURPOSE activity.
