THE IMPACT.
The essence of the Design Your Day Program is about restoring balance in your days and reclaiming ownership over your life. It helps you to reconnect with yourselves, quiet the external and internal noise, and consciously design your day to align with your future vision.
It creates lasting shifts by guiding people to break out of survival mode, helping them move away from constant stress, overwhelm, and autopilot living. It guides you to live with intention, and break patterns of pleasing, proving, or hiding to define your days.

That's why I created the Design Your Day Program, initially to help myself break this loop, and afterwards to share it with others.

When you lower the inner & outer noise, when you let the wisdom within you, and around you rise to the surface. When you practice conscious habits daily to raise your awareness, and to be truly open to listen.
It’s about nourishing a state of being of gratitude, joy, peace, forgiveness, and giving.
It’s about connecting with the state of being of love, overcoming fear.
Because your state of being defines your ripple effects.
Over the years I have learned there is a different way of being powerful.
Not the forced, rushed, busy, but conscious, intentional and connected to a bigger purpose.
I put all I learned together into practical this step-by-step guide to build conscious habits, not from a place of force, but from a place of joy. It entails a combination of principles and habits (food, movement, reflection) to connect to yourself and the bigger picture on a deeper level.

I am fascinated by human behaviour: how what you do in a day can change your mood, your health, the thoughts you have, the wisdom you can access, as well as the impact you make. That through our daily choices & actions, our dreams become reality.
I also experienced the negative opposite first-hand. Putting my company first, being stuck in loops of being busy, pleasing & proving my way through. Ignoring my inner voice, and my needs. While running an Innovation Agency abroad I got into a burn-out. I couldn't quit or take a long break because the company would crash, so I decided to continue but to do things drastically different.
This has led me to design my life, on purpose. Letting go of fear of not being good enough, and being rejected. Being my authentic self. Taking care of myself first each morning before the chaos started. Living more from my heart. Prioritizing my needs, my self-worth, and my dreams.
I get excited when people know what truly matters to them and have the freedom & courage to design their days accordingly. When they listen to their hearts, ignore their fearful thoughts and just lean in.
In this course, I share my personal story & learnings on how I designed my day to work for me. Not driven by the outer world, but by my inner world. Not from a paradigm of control & force, but from a place of trust & self-love.
